At The Shirley Mae Dove Foundation their are some qualifications that need to be met in order for financial help and they are:
You need to be registered with the American Cancer Society
Have no medical insurance
Your annual income may not exceed $25,000 per year.
Allow The Shirley Mae Dove Foundation full permission to use what we can to raise money for you.
Fill out a application for assistance
We would need to contact doctors, and any medical staff who are assisting you in your care and recovery.
Understand that all money raised will go to paying off or toward medical expenses. If any is left after all expenses are paid, then it will to you. The Shirley Mae Dove Foundation will be issuing checks to your creditors and not to you.
Must be a resident of SW Florida.
